Terms of Service

Auction Price Intelligence (auctionpriceintelligence.online) is operated by Active Life Hub LLC (“we”). By using the website or API you agree to these terms.

What the service does

Auction Price Intelligence reports observations from auction, marketplace and public-procurement sources — customer budgets, bids, winning bids, awards and, where a source publishes them, completed and paid prices — and statistics computed from comparable observations, together with sample sizes, sources and dates. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the operators of those sources.

What results are not

• Results are observational market intelligence. They do not guarantee what any auction will close at, are not a valuation, and do not state a “true” or guaranteed market value.
• The service does not recommend a budget or a bid and does not determine anyone’s minimum acceptable price. Decisions remain yours.
• Coverage is limited to the sources listed on the Coverage page; there is no claim of complete or global coverage. NO_COMPARABLE_DATA means that no comparable observation exists in that coverage, not that the work has no market.
• Category matching, similarity, outlier labels and confidence are our deterministic interpretation; the source’s own records, linked from every comparable, prevail.
• Results are information, not financial, legal or procurement advice.

Payment

Queries are paid per request with x402 in USDC (0.053 USDC at the time of writing; the current price is always returned before payment). An authorization is settled only when a result is delivered (PRICE_ESTIMATE_AVAILABLE, LIMITED_DATA, INSUFFICIENT_COMPARABLES or NO_COMPARABLE_DATA). SOURCE_UNAVAILABLE, UNABLE_TO_ESTIMATE, AMBIGUOUS_TASK, invalid requests, quotes and retrievals are not charged. Blockchain transfers are final; if you believe you were charged in error, contact us with the query ID and transaction hash and we will review it for a refund.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to overload the service or the public sources behind it.
• Do not submit personal data; a task description and quantities are all that is needed.
• Respect the terms of the underlying sources: results contain derived statistics, titles and links, not redistributable copies of source datasets.

No warranty; liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for errors or omissions in source data or for decisions made using results, and our total liability for any query is limited to the amount paid for it.

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do.
