Languages and currencies
Any language. Category, units, quantities and language pairs are read with a deterministic multilingual lexicon covering at least: en, es, fr, de, pt, it, nl, ru, uk, pl, ja, zh, ko, ar, hi, tr, fi, sv (Latin, Cyrillic, Han, Kana, Hangul, Arabic and Devanagari scripts). Original text is preserved.
Source auctions in any language are matched through language-independent source codes (job IDs, CPV, NAICS); original-language titles are preserved.
Fiat↔fiat via ECB euro reference rates with rate, date and source on every converted observation; disable with convert_currencies=false. USDC is never converted to or equated with USD.
Limits
- Observational market intelligence: it describes recent comparable outcomes, not what a future auction will clear at, and it is not a valuation or a bid recommendation.
- Coverage is limited to the listed sources; there is no global coverage claim. Public-procurement awards are whole contracts and are never pooled with marketplace jobs.
- Evidence groups (outcomes, bids, budgets), pricing bases (fixed, hourly) and market segments are never pooled into one statistic.
- Similarity is deterministic (source codes, multilingual lexicon, quantities, language pairs); no language model chooses comparables or produces numbers.
