This notice explains what Auction Price Intelligence, operated by Active Life Hub LLC, processes. Price intelligence needs task descriptions, prices, auction mechanics, dates and outcomes — not identities — and we keep only what is needed to explain a result, take payment and prevent double charging.

What we process

• Your query: the task description, quantity and options. Unpaid requests and quotes are processed in memory and not stored. Your description is never sent to a source: sources only receive category codes.
• Paid queries: the normalised query, the result and the comparables it used.
• Auction observations: prices, statuses, dates, titles and short description excerpts of public auctions and awards. We do not request or store bidder names, buyer accounts, user IDs or contact details; for public contracts we do not store recipient names.
• Payment data: the payer’s public wallet address, amount, network and transaction hash, and a hash of your Idempotency-Key.
• Operational data: rate limiting uses a hash of your IP address in memory only; it is not stored.

What we do not do

• No accounts, tracking cookies, advertising or analytics.
• No profiles of buyers, bidders or customers.
• No sale of data.

Retention

The evidence snapshot of a paid query is kept for 90 days so you can retrieve it, then deleted. Stored auction observations not seen again for about 13 months are deleted. Payment records (amount, transaction, classification) are kept for financial record-keeping.

Processors and sources

Hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), payment verification/settlement (Coinbase Developer Platform x402 facilitator). Market data is read from the sources listed on the Coverage page and exchange rates from the European Central Bank.

A contact address will be published here. Until then, stored evidence is deleted automatically after 90 days.
